Add New User

Each account will have one primary owner, but multiple users may be associated with a postal account. Users associated with an account may edit their own or other users' records. The primary owner will receive notification when another user adds or deletes other users. Users must be logged into Okta to access accounts. 

From the Postal Accounts page:

  • Select the account

  • Select "Add User"
AddUser
  • Enter the user's email address
AddUserField
  • Select "Submit"

The primary owner will receive notification when a new user is added by another user. The new user also will receive notification that they have been added to the account.

Remove User

From the Postal Accounts page:

  • Select the account from the accounts list
UserAcct
  • Select the trash can icon (on the right-hand side of the line) of the user to be removed
    • Note: A primary owner cannot be removed, a new primary owner must be designated first.
